Generally, you are most comfortable with a microclimate of around 32 ºC and a relative humidity of less than 30%. Even the slightest change in these levels can result in discomfort.
But what is good for your torso and shoulders is not the same as what is good for your hands and feet. Each of the body’s five distinct zones requires its own unique microclimate.
